The Learnsic (“Learnsic”, “Website” related services ( “Service”) are owned and operated by Study Info Centre Pvt. Ltd. (“SIC”, “us”, “we”). Access and use of the Website is subject to the following “Terms and Conditions”. By accessing or using any part of the Service, you represent that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions including any future amendments. 

Learnsic may amend, update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. In case of any changes made, we will post a notice about the changes on the Website. If you access or use the Service for the first time after such changes, the revised Terms and Conditions will apply. If you do not abide by these Terms and Conditions, you are not approved to use, access or participate in the Service.

Learnsic reserves the right n to refuse access to the Service, terminate any account, remove or restrict any content, at any time, with or without notice to the user in case we notice any illegal activity on or from account or if we have reason to believe that any information provided by the user is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete as its sole discretion. 

User content

Learnsic provides its users with an option to create and/or upload content on the Website in the User Content section. Once you submit or upload any content, you own all the copyright and in case you have the permission to use it, you have all the rights and permissions necessary to give permission to upload, display, publish, store, share, host, reproduce, download and transmit such content. 

You will also be responsible to ensure that the content does not contain any defaming material or intriguing with any individual, races, religion or sector and is not misleading and contains false information. 

Learnsic will be responsible to review the content of your upload and may act as per the Terms and Conditions if found inappropriate to be published or posted. 

Grievance Redressal Mechanism

If you believe that any content or information accessible on the Website is against the Terms and Conditions and/or applicable laws, you may notify Learnsic and send a complaint to :

Each complaint must specify and/or be accompanied with the relevant information/documents such as your contact details such as: your full name, address, telephone number and email address.  In such case, we may contact you if we require any clarifications, or, in case any counter request is received by the persons who has uploaded the content mentioned in the complaint; details of violation that clearly and specifically identifies and describes the violation claimed including the nature of violation and how and in what manner is the content in question violates the Terms and Conditions and/or any applicable laws; as claimed, necessary documents in support of your claim, clear identification and description of the specific location/s wherein the content which is claimed to be in violation is located on the Website. 

Restriction and Termination of Use

Learnsic may block,, restrict, disable, deactivate, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the free Services offered on the Website, at any time in Learnsic’s sole discretion, without prior notice to you. Specifically, in case of prolonged inactivity, Learnsic reserves the right to disable, deactivate or terminate a user’s account. If an account has been disabled or deactivated for inactivity, the user name associated with that account may be given to another user without notice to you or such other party. If you violate the Terms and Conditions, Learnsic may at its sole discretion, block, restrict, disable, suspend or terminate the paid Services being offered by Learnsic.
