CMAT Entrance Exam Preparation

The Central Management Admission Test, or CMAT for short, is a yearly entrance test offered by Tribhuvan University's Faculty of Management in Nepal.

Only Tribhuvan University in Nepal accepts CMAT. Universities other than TU have different requirements and entry examination processes. Generally speaking, the CMAT admission exam is held in September or October.

The primary characteristic of CMAT tests is that they follow the SAT structure. It asks questions to gauge a candidate's knowledge and aptitude in verbal skills, numerical skills, logical reasoning, and general awareness.

CMAT testing by itself does not ensure admission. The admissions committee will review each applicant's application, interview, and past academic performance following the college's requirements before selecting the applicants who will be shortlisted for the merit list.

To be eligible for Bachelor's level programs in the Management discipline, individuals must pass a highly competitive exam that evaluates their aptitude with objective questions on a total weightage of 100 marks.
